Chesapeake Catfish

1 1/2 lbcatfish fillets
1/4 Cfresh lemon juice
1/4 COld Bay Seasoning
2 Tbspbutter, cut into thin pats

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Rinse the catfish fillets and place them in an oiled 8x12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fillets and cover them with a thin coating of Old Bay Seasoning. Dot with pats of butter.
3. Bake covered for 25 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
