Calcium Pancakes

These quick to prepare pancakes are for people with bone density concerns, who want to do bread and water fasting. These are simpler to make than bread but with similar ingredients and they can be eaten with nothing on them. Goat milk has 33 percent DV calcium.


INGREDIENTS
1 Cgoat milk
1 Csprouted spelt flour
1 Tbspraw apple cider vinegar (exact)
1/4 teasbaking soda (exact)


STEPS
1. Mix milk and vinegar. In a separate small bowl mix baking soda and flour. Mix together.
2. Fry in a slightly buttered pan as you would any pancake.
