Overnight Oats

1/2 Cold-fashioned oats
1/4 Cdried fruit, cut into small pieces if too large
1 Tbspchia, flax, poppy or sesame seeds
1 C milk or unsweetened dairy alternative
1/4 teaskosher salt
somemaple syrup, honey or brown sugar (optional)
2 Tbspchopped or sliced nuts, toasted, if desired

1. Mix oats, dried fruit, seeds, milk and salt in a pint jar or 2 C airtight resealable container. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or up to 5 days.
2. Open, stir well, taste. Add more sweetener if you wish. Top with nuts just before eating.
