| zest | of two lemons |
| 1/4 C | lemon juice |
| 3/4 C | sugar |
| 3 | eggs room temperature |
| 1.5 C | plain Greek yogurt |
| 3 Tbsp | flour |
| 1. | Whip cream cheese, sugar, and lemon zest. |
| 2. | Add lemon juice, mix, yogurt, mix. |
| 3. | Add eggs one at a time, mix |
| 4. | Add flour and mix. |
| 5. | Bake 300 1 hour. |
| 6. | Let cool in oven with door slightly open for 30 minutes. |
