| 1 1/2 lb | catfish fillets |
| 1/4 C | fresh lemon juice |
| 1/4 C | Old Bay Seasoning |
| 2 Tbsp | butter, cut into thin pats |
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350 F. |
| 2. | Rinse the catfish fillets and place them in an oiled 8x12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fillets and cover them with a thin coating of Old Bay Seasoning. Dot with pats of butter. |
| 3. | Bake covered for 25 minutes. |
