In a pinch, need a starch side, make these probably faster than dried packaged noodles. I used sprouted Whole Wheat flour.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cupwater
prob. more than 2/3 cupflour

STEPS
1. Put water to boil.
2. Put tap water in a bowl.
3. Add flour, mixing with a finger, until lumps up a bit dry.
4. Kneed a little by pressing side and side a few times to make a hard dough.
5. Grab little pieces and pinch flat with fore-finger and thumb. Keep dipping fingers into flour if dough starts to stick to them.
6. Dump them all into the boiling water. Stir, Boil a couple minutes. Drain. Add butter if you wish.
