| 1. | Put water to boil. |
| 2. | Put tap water in a bowl. |
| 3. | Add flour, mixing with a finger, until lumps up a bit dry. |
| 4. | Kneed a little by pressing side and side a few times to make a hard dough. |
| 5. | Grab little pieces and pinch flat with fore-finger and thumb. Keep dipping fingers into flour if dough starts to stick to them. |
| 6. | Dump them all into the boiling water. Stir, Boil a couple minutes. Drain. Add butter if you wish. |
